A gift for
Fr. Ward on the Occasion of his Anniversary of
Priestly Ordination, May 29
On Sunday, May 29th, following the 10am Mass, we
gathered in the social hall and presented Fr. Ward
with a gift to celebrate the Seventh Anniversary of his Ordination
to the Priesthood.
We had secretly collected donations from his parish family &
friends, to be used for the purchase of a complete
set of Rose Vestments. Since priests can be very
particular about their vestments, we felt it would be best to give him
the means to purchase exactly what he prefers.
Through everyone's kind participation and generosity, we were able to
present him with $2,300!
Thank you to everyone who participated.
And thank you, Fr. Ward, for all you do in the
service of God.
